Changes/ Reforms Needed at Oton

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning. Are we close?

As I was alone this time, I was able to focus on observing and checking closely the tasks at hand at Oton.  Again the comments are not meant to make enemies out of Oton staff but to shape them up to be professional and smart.

Some of the things noted that need correction and an action program.:  (I all ready discussed these with Oton staff and I am expecting a program of action ready anytime.)

1.  Construction:

   l.  Grating undone

   2.  Gutter incomplete

2.  Interment:

   l.  Soil are dumped beside the interment;


   2.  ISG unshaved and with earrings (how bad?!)

 

    3.  Excavations are left unconvered and soil is dumped near the hole

3.  Vault yard.

       l.  The vault form is rusty and without primer

4.  Planting/landscaping:

There is notably a lack of variety in planting materials.  Only crotons (San Francisco)  is being planted. I have suggested Golden Pandan, Variegated Gumamela, Bougainvailla, etc.  Lack of knowledge in landscaping planting materials and support form CMO (ASR)

The report that grass is planted is entirely non existent.   I wish GH report accurtately

5.  Administrative.

l.  There is a lot of wasteful going and coming; uncoordinated.  The purchase of balloon must be studied to save cost.  Sometimes it is the lone errand.

2.  2/5 wore the unform when I arrived.  It is good that Samson bought a cp all ready.

3.  The staff have not memorized nor understood VMBP

I AM CALLING THE ATTENTION OF ASR.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site
