OBJECTIVES:
1. To sell 20 units of ash crypts per month.
2. To encourage bulk sales.
BACKGROUND:
Ash crypts become part of slow moving products. For the past months, only 2 units of ash crypt were sold. Instead of having separate fund for the ash crypts in order to put up crematorium it become now a part of payables that need to raise a budget coming from operation.
ALTERNATIVES:
  1. 5% down payment for ash crypt.
  2. Freebies for 20% down payment.
  3. Freebies for bulk sales.
Option no. 3 is the best alternative to increase cash receipt from ash crypt sales.

Process
1. Open to office sales and agents sales.
2. Customer who will purchase minimum of 5 units ash crypts with 20% down payment plus processing fee will be entitled for free gadgets.
3. Agents and Office sales who will close minimum of 5 units per month.
4. In case of agents sale and the customer will purchase 5 units, the gadgets will be given to the customer who purchased ash crypts.
5. Cost of gadgets will be equivalent to:
5 to 9 units = 3% of the sales amount
10 to 15 units = 5% of the sales amount
6. In case of back out/forfeiture, the value of the gadgets will be deducted on their payment refund.
7. Gadgets will be received by the REGISTERED OWNER only. In case that the Registered Owner is not available, Authorization letter and/or Special Power of Attorney with valid I.D. of the registered owner and the authorized representative shall be presented.
8. Acknowledgement Receipt and logbook will be signed by the Registered Owner/Authorized Representative upon receipt of the gadgets. Acknowledgement Receipt should be in triplicate for:
1. Customer, 2. SBU file, 3. 3rd floor File.
9. Holy Gardens staff shall take pictures upon the receipt of the gadgets and shall be uploaded in our blogs (www.holygardensgroup) and FB account to create promotion and WOM.
10. Gadgets will be claimed in Holy Gardens Memorial Park Office only duly witnessed by A/CMO and CSS or SFC.
11. Gadgets will be given maximum of 10 working days upon purchased of ash crypt.
12. SFC will canvass and prepare P.O. of gadgets in their place. CV & check will be prepared by BPI Accounting.
13. 3rd floor Accounting will verify directly to the customers if they already received the gadgets thru telephone calls.
