We had telecon yesterday and these were the instructions:

1.  Make incident reports on:

    1. Allegations that some previous staff and officers undersold the company
        by offering higher priced casket for lower priced service..Have pictures
        of interment and casket used.

   2.  Allegation that this was attempted again on Zacarias

   3. On Zacarias interment where the family asked for discount and later asked
       for extras. 

      KNOW WHAT THEY WANT AND DETERMINE THE PRICE (and the discount  later)

2. Rationalize our prices:

   1.  If there are several plexis for simplicity unify all plexis

   2.  Label our caskets to avoid confusion;  ask assistance of Joseph
       Flores if needed.

   3.  Revise our ppt.:  with regards to prices, and budget, and features

   4.  Remove some of unneccessary features that make our offering cost more
