1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

Corporate Planning is one of the important thing we must do, in order to achieve our target and goals, planning is process of envisioning a future and translating this vision into defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics. To survive in business, organizations have to make tough decisions and create “battle plans” for success. It is hard to accomplish anything without a plan, but if you don’t understand strategic planning, clarifying the basics is a great way to start.
ReplyDeleteA strategic plan should be more about the vision of the company than the quarterly figures. Oddly enough, this distinction is not included in many organizations’ definition of strategic planning, which can get confusing. The simplest of strategic plans includes a set of statements describing the purpose and values for the company, along with a set of statements on how to achieve targets the organization has set. To ensure that real, meaningful business results are achieved through your plan, always make sure that you include measurable and quantifiable business objectives.
Corporate Planning is an intellectual process of thinking in advance. It is a process of deciding the future on the series of events to follow. Planning is a process where a number of steps are to be taken to decide the future course of action. Managers or executives have to consider various courses of action, achieve the desired goals, go in details of the pros and cons of every course of action and then finally decide what course of action may suit them best.

Thank you for sharing this post Sir! It is indeed necessary for an organization to plan ahead of time the future projects, products and services we are going to offer. The most important part is the execution or application of what we have planned. Plans are made to be executed. Plan.Do.Check.Act.

Corporate Planning is very important in the line of business.It is a process of creating method to achieving our goal.Whatever the results,it is educationally beneficial to the company.Corporate planning means also that planning ahead of time to make things real;however this should be supported by the positive attitudes of the persons who want to make this happen or achieve. We must also remember that this planning should be SMART.
