Proposed 2015 incentive system for CMO

Subject:  Proposed Incentive System in 2015 for CMOs at Holy Gardens

The following is the proposed incentive system for the  CMOs for 2015:

          Mem Park     CMS (memorial service)              IMP

     40% to 60% achievement of sales target   - 0.025%

   61% to 100% achievement of sales target    -0.05%

   101% up achievement of sales  target         -0.075%

        This is based on cumulative achievement

    Only products for that are in 50t category are included in the computation for ORC for  CMS and IMP

    Others:

      For chapel services:

      Upgrading is commissionable by SE or CM (max of 10% or  or OP (over suggested price -  cap is the next price point; limit of op is 30% of the base price) (amended  January 20, 2015)

Qualifiers:

1.  Based on 20%  dp, payments

2.  80% of the collection target;

3.  100% submission of CMOs monthly report/weekly updates

4.   100% full staffing.

5.  Completed submission of corporate plans (for the required businesses:  Mem Park, Mem Plan, CMS

Thus, the sales target growth upon start of the project new entity shall be properly calibrated and written down. Thus if there is a slow growth and little sales in the beginning please indicate in your FS projection.   Please do so now.  The SBUs are enjoined to observe the qualifiers.
