Why visioning is important for a business, or why we must support the vision of the company?

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

Image result for the me and we

For many, reciting and being familiar, or reciting the vision statement of the company is a burden or a waste of time.  It looks germane and foreign to many that is why they never bother to memorize this.  But it is precisely what brought the company to where it is now.  And will propel the business to further growth and influence, and impact to society in the future.

To predict the future, what do you do your create it.

Quantum physics support the idea that future draws in the present to reality;  (not as we normally think that the present or the past creates the present or the future.  Thus we have to pay attention to this business of vision.

As we see it many do not care nor pay attention to this vision thing.  We only care about our present and the future.  The me.... only.  Not the we.

Why must we love one another and work as a team, and be united by our vision and mission?

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

April 20, 2017

In my recent trips and from even some emails, the newbies have not been successfully integrated into the mainstream, the Holy Gardens way. The orientation has not been successful, and they continue to abide by their feelings, the ME rather than the WE.  So much so that the the outputs of the group suffers and the SBU operations continue to be in disarray

Let us abide by our vision and the employees hand book that prescribes the proper behavior and mindset for every one.  And that we must embrace the company and be obedient, loyal, diligent and compliant for as long that we are in its payroll.  And love and understanding must prevail.

Even for the military, they prescribe LOVE not hatred even when dealing with people who must use force against the enemy.

If we hate one another, we commit murder. He who hates his brother is a murderer.  Do we want to be one?
