Who is the Most Important Person?

Remember Dale Carnegie:  Its not you or the President or Gandhi or Joe Ma Sison.  It is the
the other person.  He is the prospect.  He is the customer.  The commission that you will get
from the sales will feed you and your family

So what ever you are doing, when the customer comes in drop it and say hello greet the customer.  The same goes for your sg and other staff.

Be genuinely interested in the other person...  %


Make the prospect feel important.   Its an ego trip but he will be more likely to buy if
you do it that way...

He/she will not if you are mayabang, argumentative or Mr. Right always.  Even some subordinates
are feeling too genius to sell themselves out of graces of their bosses.
