Objectives:
1. To appreciate (the reward) the doers
2. To clarify our roles our stewards
3. To better understand meaning of being stewards and
leaders
This is to appreciate the the arrival of staff at the above mentioned
SBUs to continue serving our customers, assessing the damages
and securing our assets. We truly need the presence of employees
who can be depended and relied upon in times of crises.
1. There are certain kinds of jobs that require self sacrifice
and bravery like rescue workers and maintenance despite
dangers and all odds;
2. In the past, in the history of Holy Gardens we are full of stories
of staff who came in times of typhoons and earthquakes
As we assess the situation,
1. La Union was severely hit typhoon signal No 3. There
was typhoon surge of up to 3 meters and our site was
used as evacuation center. The house of Ms. Grace was
damaged
2. Pangasinan experienced Typhoon signal No 2
characterized by strong winds and rains; they have
3 interments today which must be completed. Two were
finished this morning
3. Typhoon Signal No. 1 was hoisted over Laguna and
Oriental Mindoro. They had rains and wind of low velocity
Oton had no typhoon signal. Slightly overcast but
otherwise the weather was fine.
4. The trainees came late today, and some of 3f staff did not
come: TA, AP and JA. It was unfortunate for them to have
assessed the situation as extreme, and were more concern-
ed for self survival and safety. Ms. Glizel, Nicole and Sarah
came and this office admire their tenacity, single minded
ness of purpose and dedication to job.
