Objectives
1. To up the ranks of Garden Technician which was neglected by past HR (the CMO should do more HR work
rather than HR who cant connect to the business nor to the staff)
2. To encourage the Garden Technicians to adopt changes and improve
3. To recognize the tenure of service of many Garden Technician

What to do next:
1. By December give at least P1k cash gift for every year of service this Christmas to all those mentioned here.
2. One rank promotion if the incumbent complies with all the following requirements:
1. Two pages handwritten summary or 10 pp summary of admin plan (ppt enclosed) PLEASE UNDERSTAND ABE WELL
2. 5 pages summary of landscaping basics including global warming (landscaping basics) PLEASE ABE WELL
3. resumption of nursery: garden and grasses
4. Adoption of 60% of the innovation mentioned in the GT conference
1. Street sweeper caddy
2. Tongs
3. Vertical gardens
Bonus promotion: one additinal rank higher if the GT can do any three of the following repairs:
(to be examined by Engineer GCH)
1. Sanitary: Leaks of pipes faucets, valves
2. Electrical: Tracing short, resetting circuit breaker
3. Masonry: palitada, setting up rebars etc
4. Carpentry: repairs of chairs tables, cabinets
Timeline: October 1 to December 20, 2018 submission of requirements
December 26, 2018 approval of promotion
Award of longevity awards Christmas party
Increase of salary by January 1, 2019
Other conditionalities:
1. Laging naka uniporme at ID
2. Walang late at absent
3. Nagsusubmit ng hinihingi ng CMO na report
