Subject:   Proposal to Make Short Cut Performance Evaluation to 3 office staff
                who have not been promoted for the last two years

Objectives:

1.  To reward faithfulness of employees and to build an institution based on merit rather than SS or politics, on performance and execution;

2.  To correct the errors of past administration and past HR.

Reality:

The following staff have not been promoted for several years:

Their situation discredits our belief of excellence and learning.   
Moving forward, I have proposal/solution to correct the situation  (until such time we have a good personnel assistant - those who work understand personnel work and who will not create friction and involve themselves in to labor capital debate)

What to do:

1.  Do a reflection of  on the the following ppt:  (at least 15 pages)

    1. Admin plan for their jobs (CSS -  CSS2 and CSS 1 Admin plan)

    2. PPt on all our products and services

    3.  Ppt on Cremation basics

    4.  Obedience communications

    5.  Discipline

    6.  Time management

    2.  Projects:

         For SFC:     1.  ppt on accounting for ICR

                             2.  Discussion on all MCs

        For CSS:      1.  Implementation of suggested innovations resolved at 
                                  CSS conference September 27 - 28

                                 1.  Ribbons on balloons and motifs
                                 2.  New motifs
                                 3.  Bamboo torch for Nov 1.
                                 4.  Bamboo decor at site
                                 and more....  (see their conference summaries)

       Other conditionalities:   

    1.  No absence or tardiness until December 20, 2018;   ALL REQUIREMENTS OF 201 FILE ARE COMPLETE

    2.  Submission of the requirements on or before December 15, 2018

    3.  0 backlogs on text reports and submissions:  IF PPA uploading at 
         blogs:  bests, archives of tributes, kaizen, obits

Rewards:  

1.  One rank higher if the above are submitted;

2.  P1k/year of service for any one above 5 years of service

3.  For those who have unprocessed promotion submitted in 2017 and which were not processed;   we promise to promote ONE RANK HIGHER  if unlike Trillanes you have files that show that 3f received them.

Timelines:

1.  Deadline for submission:   December 20, 2018

2.  Evaluation:   December 26, 2018

3.  Effectivity:    January 1, 2019

A backpay differential is being mulled.
