Amendment:

We are going to give incentives to SBUs and 3f for the following:

1.  CMCS
2.  Interment service

from today September 1, 2018 up to December 31, 2018

of even %:

1.4% to CMO
0.25%  to SFC
0.25% to  CSS 2
0.2 to SAA

provided:
1. They comply with the same qualifiers for the incentive in general
2. The RCRMA has control board over interments and CMCS
