SUBJECT:   SUBMISSION OF DAILY PROSPECT MONITORING SHEET

Attention:    All CSS (1, 2 and 3)

Objectives:

1.  To ensure achievement of sales target
2.  To motivate CSS to look for customers

Reality:

1.  This was a requirement for all CSS to submit daily by email to BPI all
      prospects gathered for the day;   former CSS submitted this religiously
      and faithfully.   AS OF NOW THERE ARE NO DPMS BEING SUBMITTED.

2.  This is in accordance with the sales funnel:   suspects, prospects, qualifying
      sales presentation, and closing.  No suspects or prospects, no sales

3.  The rule is STP:  some twenty prospects per day.   The high % is 10% so you
     may can close 2 sales from out of 20 prospect.  The low (the usual) is 1% so
     that means 0 sales.

4.  Where do we get prospects?  From dalaw paburol, interment, and 40 days visitation.  That is where you get quality prospects.

    You can mine repeat sales from existing customers.  The satisfied customers will buy again and again.
