RE: Absences, tardiness, leave of absence, notification
Objectives : l. To ensure full complement all the time
2. To instill discipline
3. To ensure achievement of targets.
Background: Lately, there is widespread practice of surprise absences from officers and staff alike and there is no end in sight. Everybody is surprised that somebody just did not appear/report for work
l. Tardiness of more than 30 minutes shall be considered an absence and unexcused absence.
2. Unexcused absence shall merit;
l. A disciplinary memo
2. A one day deduction.
Definition of unexcused absence:
l. There was no prior written (hard copy or soft copy) notification of at least 24 hours. Text messages (sms), calls are not considered prior written notification. Should there be a valid reason like health reasons, a medical certification is needed. (for self or relative).
2. The employee, just like Pnoy, just decided he wont come to work.
3. Three (3) unexcused absences shall merit suspension.
4. Two months of continued frequent unexcused absences shall be disciplined with dismissal.
This is just a reiteration of old policy which is written as a reminder.
At this time when we sell just 4 lots a week, a tighter rein on discipline is in order.

Let us go to work everyday, be inspired and make an active decision to go to work everyday with discipline. I really believe that people are responsible for their own situations, thus disciplinary actions awaits those who will not comply. >hluc.

Rules and regulation are to be observed every time so that we will not commit violations. Not reporting to work without any justifiable reason is punishable so everybody are enjoined to comply with the policy of tardiness absences and leave notification. Learning to love our work so that it will not be considered as work anymore but a form of recreation.

Before we apply in a company, we have an objective, that we want to have a permanent job. In order to have a successful career and have a permanent job, we should obey the rules and regulations of the company, we should do the right things so that we will not commit any violations, and we can be promoted. Passion and loving our work, our responsibilities are the most important that an individual must have, to be a disciplined employee, less pressure if we really love our job to serve others and to be one of the person that helps the company to progress, because if our company meet our targets, we can be able to enjoy the incentives that will be given from the performance we have done.
