Some observations at Oton:
l. It looks better than HGGMP. Oton is small, but the landscaping efforts, despite just 2 ft seem to have been meticulous.
2. I am sad by the lack of saleable area effort: lay out and landscaping. I am saddened by the laying of RCP pipes.
3. The equipment purchase must be speeded up": new computers/keyboard, repair of laptop, and the 4x4. The eagle is quite old, is rusting and is in need of body repair.
4. The staff, look conscientious. Michelle seem to have adjusted to her job, despite being very new.
5. The obedience and understanding with regards to sun sim and cp must be pushed.
6. April sure matured for the job and looks better than the predecessor for being methodical and meticulous. More understanding and mentoring, needed though especially on being forceful and negotiation.
7. They lack marketing materials; all the while I thought the just hired marketing attended to the marketing collaterals; apparently, he did not. The flaglets are torn and tattered.
8. Their time is used up going to main Metrobank branch to get the balances.
We had lunch at Allan's ( he transferred to a new place) and dinner at Tatoys.

Oton shows that they are resourceful not resource based. HGGMP must benchmark the Oton sending of picture to them taken from Oton and will discuss to the GT of HGGMP. Work schedule must be improved.
ReplyDeleteWe already contacted the owner of 4x4 with engine C190-diesel.We still need to negotiate the price.
As everyday talking to Michelle thru phone she is very responsive and obedient with regards to following the orders and also encourages her to achieve her weekly targets on collection in order for her to get incentives and have a good cash flow.
April step by step improving administratively needs more mentoring especially on negotiation being forceful and strong.
I will work out with the marketing materials. April started to canvass for the replacement of flaglets. Look for outsourcing if possible for the lay outing of billboard and other tarpaulins for our products and services.
We will benchmark what we have seen in this pictures to make the hglump park attractive and really looks like a park.
ReplyDeleteI will also talk to Ms. April and Ms. Michelle with regards to landscaping so that i could benchmark some of their methods and tactics in making the site beautiful.This pictures will also be shown to all the staff most especially to ft's so that they could can ideas on how are they going to improved the park.
With regards to marketing materials like tarpaulins we will be requesting layouts so that we could print and post it at site and other crowded areas for awareness of our products.
I also make sure that all staff of HGLUMP have sun sim and cp for easy and faster communication.
I am also working on the proposal of new flaglets to be intalled at site since some were not already pleasing to the eye.
