LESSONS LEARNED
l. Subject all staff to a thorough BI. Do not presume everyone to be innocent until proven otherwise.
2. The reference letters must be a surety. For sensitive position, ask for a formal surety agreement./
3 Train everyone and assess after training especially on MC l to 9.
4. Monitor very closely newly hired. At first sign of non conformance or run away management:
late reports
not answering phones
excessive expenses
visit the site, issue corrective memos, discipline the erring individual
5. It is better to overcontrol and be strict and then be compassionate, not the other way around

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

What happened to HGGMP was a great experiences that need to reflect and have better hiring and training process. BI and character references must be check and inspected carefully.
ReplyDeleteDon't hire people because you don't have a choice "Kasi kulang at kelangan ng tao" but hire people because they are qualified based on their attitudes and capabilities.
We will be careful now in hiring people considering utmost important the attitude. Conduct BI and surety undertaking to newly hired. We will have close monitoring on our trainees. And always be strict in all our policies.

With regards to HGGMP that happened,it will serve as our lesson including other SBU. Now that we see the impact it is really advisable to hire people who are really with a high integrity. We need to train people(newly hired) and at the same time to make sure their background. And as employee of HGMP we need to cooperate in hiring the right people.

In what happened to HGGMP is our lesson that we will never tolerate that incident. Is a lesson for us to learn who are we in the organization and we must value it. Yes, it is a sure thing to have BI to a newly hired to make sure about their background. We are moving forward and we will keep achieving our goals and maintaining the real value why are we here in this organization.

What happen to our site is a big experience that give a big impact and make me realize to be careful to all the transaction especially on the collection, It is a big help for me to be strict in all the documents with regards to money, it is an lesson for me to understand and avoid.For us to continue not just to be the least but to be the best.

From the incident happened in HGGMP, we must be very careful with our job as an individual, it is a lesson for us to choose a right people for our company, it is not important to have many manpower, even we are few in the company and an individual knows the main objective why we are hired and given a chance to be in the company is a great chance that we can value. We must avoid things that can destroy our beings.
