l. Free interment - We award free interments for @ l00th (excludes bone transfer) customer. This translates to only l% discount but let us try to imagine the effect.
2. Raffle for a free lot, 50% discount and 25% discount.
(this applies to hard to sell lots and only up to l0% of total lots are subject to discount)
Mechanics.
l. For office sales only, no commissions
2, To join, two options: prospects make a lt reservation applicable as dp.
a. Once we are able to gather sufficient number of prospects (say of 60% of lots) the raffle is conducted.
b. As the customer makes dp, he draws the raffle stub.
3. Computation:
5% of total lots sold as free is 5% of sales;
5% of total lots sold at 50% discount is 2.5% of sales
Our total expense for this will be only 7.5% of sales and will generate impact.
Please study this and make recommendation asap. The bulk sales may be applicable just to Calamba or those with sufficient number of agents
