We could do better on our sales/red alert day. Did we do well last December 30, 2018

Salamat sa mas enthusiastic participation in the  red alert day kahapon albeit still far off the targets.

Let us:

1.  Practice determination  to reach our goalsl  not reaching our goals is failure

2.  We have various post on many companies that do not make the mark, ie failing to meet sales targets, because of internal and external reasons that have seen them go belly up:  Sears, K Mart and possibly:     Uber, Spotify, Amazon.  Maski maliit tayo,abutin natin ang sales target natin upang hindi tayo ma BANKRUPT.

3.  Araw  2 is benta day;   benta boys and girls tayo.   As we have seen despite sa mga pangako na end of the month bubuhos ang benta, hindi ganoon ang nagaganap, araw araw may benta tayo dapat

This office awarded these certificates to 4 SBU:  La Union, Malasiqui, Calapan  and Greenhills  for 0 performance yesterday, aside from providing P50.00 spending money to buy eggs for lunch or merienda. The major responsibility of SBU is to sell plots, with or without incentives.  THAT IS WHAT OUR SALARIES ARE FOR.

Having a new position and doing it well means never having to say you are SORRY

The SAA position was created to support sales activities.  These include interment, customer complaint, records, support to sellers like com, logistics, promo items, commission, budget for sales meeting.  Therefore do your job well of following up intensely, passionately when that does not happen.  Many people are at of this moment screwing destroying our business and sales effort. We should never sorry for our self, for committing many mistakes.  We should level up instead and raising the bar.

PLEASE TRY TO VISIT MLM fort their sales meeting, as you would with Ms FA on Friday.

You should also give the same support to Ms. RCC. The presence of the master, FATTENS THE HORSE.  We could not never run a business from the comfort of the headquarters or from a distance.  Only God can watch us from a distance.

Tomorrow, I am reviewing the marketing plan of RCC and FA

Q2 conference of CMOs April 23 -24, 2014

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"



We had the 2nd quarter conference of SBUs of Holy Gardens Memorial Park today at 3ffb and we had the theme:   "IMPROVING MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE"

First to arrive were Brenn and RCC of north, followed by Cynthia and Erika of HGGMP and latest by Mildred of Calapan who arrived at 8:30

We had the song "Pananagutan" and "Wind Beneath my Wings" as opening event.

Then we had the review of products:  BVO, HGMP, CAPF.  We had Q and A and making reflections. We did review of the handbook.  It was noted with great concern that somebody from 3ffb did not obey the instruction for him to conduct a lecture.  We did away with the usual lavish lunch and had Mang Inasal at lunch and Chowking in the evening. For snacks in the afternoon, we had halohalo

I found out that we had difficulty in product knowledge and mastery

The 6 are billeted  at Villa Jhoana resort (P5t per night with free use of pool)  We had dinner and later some discussion on:

1.  Current positioning of Holy Gardens;

2.  Future of BVO and Holy Gardens Memorial Package.

3.  MLII retail loan by Isha

4.  Completion of the marketing plan for Q2.

Tomorrow we go to Wawa for Zipline and I will do a lecture on Management

                       Certificates  will be issued only for those who complete writing the reflections

2.     Fortifying Agencies
As part of our corporate plan, we will focus on strengthening our Agencies and Sellers. We will do sales meeting, sales rally and awarding of agents, local and national.

3.     Training and Recruitment
We will add more time in training and recruitment (no. games). Do more extensive recruitment of Sellers and Training.

4.      We will do night saturation on funeral and mortuaries w/agents (FOFF), do the selling at the Burol.
5.      We will activate buyer’s referral program. We will do buyers activities per month to create sales.

PARK BEAUTIFICATION:

Create a program/contest for park beautification, project that will beautify the park. incentive for the winner.
