We could do better on our sales/red alert day. Did we do well last December 30, 2018

Salamat sa mas enthusiastic participation in the  red alert day kahapon albeit still far off the targets.

Let us:

1.  Practice determination  to reach our goalsl  not reaching our goals is failure

2.  We have various post on many companies that do not make the mark, ie failing to meet sales targets, because of internal and external reasons that have seen them go belly up:  Sears, K Mart and possibly:     Uber, Spotify, Amazon.  Maski maliit tayo,abutin natin ang sales target natin upang hindi tayo ma BANKRUPT.

3.  Araw  2 is benta day;   benta boys and girls tayo.   As we have seen despite sa mga pangako na end of the month bubuhos ang benta, hindi ganoon ang nagaganap, araw araw may benta tayo dapat

Taken note however that we are far off from our 2018

As of this hour I have noted that some sbus did not respond to query on updates  They may have disobeyed this MC  which is 7 years old and in existence before you came in.

There are specific instructions which need to be done/obeyed.

A reminder is being made especially that achievement of targets would mean nearing sales achievement to being promoted.  Are people not interested in being promoted

Red Alert day results

Follow up:

1.  What happened to the red alert day yesterday? Did people work yesterday?  Why were text messages not answered by some SBUs

2.  What .is the cumulative result?

3.  What will happen to the next red alert day.?   What will happen to our sales in August?

Sales campaign effort, results are very important to our business.  If we do not sell, we do not eat.

Summary for Sales and Collections for the month of May

TO     :    All SBUs

Thru:      GM    Madel

Subject:    Red Alert Day for Sales

Goal:  1.   To reach sales target

           2.  To generate more ICR to replace those that have been collected

           3.  To make returns on the resources that we have:   salaries for people, vehicles, memorial park

           4.  To reach collection target of P6 m and at least 100 units in sale

Reality:

         Until this day, we managed to sell only 61 lots despite the number of our staff,our sellers, our machinery:    vehicles, irrigation system, computer etc.  Our collection is modest P5.4 million  (Please see schedule)

        The performances of the following SBUs are pitiful

         La Union    -   3 lots

        Calapan      -   P139,000

         It is our duty and obligation (pananagutan) responsibility to sell.  Not to sell is not ok.  IT IS SHAMEFUL.  We are here because it is our duty to sell.  If we do not sell, or not continue selling, we are bound to fail.  Are we losers?

       LET US SELL

       Let us fulfill our commitment of selling at least 40 plots today to reach 100 sales and reach P6 million total collection for the month.  Let us be goal oriented.
