We've also tackled that in relation to our job with the song Heal the World meaning how to make HGMP a better memorial park than competitors. Or better than before.
According to GT beautifying the park like the contest for landscaping could help our MP better. The newly landscaped japanese garden & ongoing water falls gives a positive feedback from the customer. Some said it’s good to look at and they even wanted to stay beside the japanese garden by sitting at the bench. More haiwaiian palm at lawn areas & improvement of water system (waiting for the materials care of Engr. Pete and approval of labor for drilling). No tall grasses.
As per CSS giving the best shot or effort. In prospecting we need to give our more than 100% in order to close a sale to increase our receivables in order to secure our financial stability not just today but tomorrow.
And most importantly all we need also is to have unity or cooperation to achieve our goal. In order to attain the stated above I/We must to cooperate. I explained unto them the real score why we need to beautify the Park? And they understand why we really need to beautify the Park. GTs for maintaining the cleanliness & beautification of site in order that CSS/marketing staff could easily encourage clients/prospects to buy in our MP. And if they prove that they attain our goals then in return to their efforts benefits will also be awarded unto them as their motivation.

Everyone of us has a responsibility to handle. As Holy Gardeners we should heal the mourning hearts of the bereaved families by giving them warm comforts during their time of grief, ease their pain by providing excellent and unique interment service. A one stop memorial park wherein they are burden free of going from and to just to secure their memorial needs.

Lets us give love and happiness to each and everyone for us to create a better place for us. Where we can share everything to everyone without being judge nor being criticize. As a relation to my job is to give the best service that e could give to our clients not just because they are the one who pays our wages but because we have the passion in serving them. And we should always take in mind that whatever happens or in any other situations we should always give the best that we could give to them. Let us leave a mark not only in their minds but let us also leave a mark that we touch their hearts in the service that we give. Let them have a happy heart and happy thought when they leave the office because we gave them a service beyond their expectations.
