Leaders and masters are important in any organization.  We tend to hate leaders and masters, and many shirk this responsibility (pananagutan)  We need to guide, direct, inspire, motivate others.   99.99% of our population do not know where they should be going and depend on someone to take care of them, and lead the way.

 Others follow us not because of what we say, but because of what we do, and who we are.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
