5 ps of Management and HR

The goals of HR training and management are to achieve the following:

1.  Professionalism:

     mature behavior
     avoiding gossips and rude behavior
     office decorum
     delivery of quality work and on time
     following ethical standards
     following the 3 fold duties of employees
     observing beliefs and principles of company
     increase capacity and capability through learning
     good in communications
     Does his work even when no is watching
     Strive to influence others to do the same 
     Is a problem solving rather than a problem
     Is action oriented rather than being a hindrance
    Cooperates rather than dissents and objects to agreed projects

2.  Process

     Is quality oriented
     Follows prescribed procedures
     Tries to improve process for efficiency and cost reduction
      

3.  Profitability

     Is conscious of the equation:   Sales - Cost = GP
     Tries to help increase sales at his end;
     If in production helps reduce CGS
     Helps controllable expenses

4.  Productivity

     Strives to be efficient:
     Fast worker
     Hapit
     Increases his assigned output and outcome
     Encourages and enjoins co workers to do the same
     Avoids reworks and recycling operations
    Does it right every time
    Improves work and output on a daily basis

5.  Personal mastery

    Observes FAR in communications and skill development
    Work on a skill one a at time
    Strives to be the best at that skill
    Strive to be multi skilled and multi tasking
    Strives to be the best in that particular field
    Wants to be an expert
    Reads, researches and understands
    Searches, and listens, benchmarks masters/guru/mentors

We will communicate unto her whatever the problems that we need with regards to staff that will enable them to motivate more and at the same time to act on the prescribe procedures of HR Department.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
