Is action oriented rather than being a hindrance
Cooperates rather than dissents and objects to agreed projects

Is conscious of the equation: Sales - Cost = GP
Tries to help increase sales at his end;
If in production helps reduce CGS
Helps controllable expenses
4. Productivity

Hapit
Increases his assigned output and outcome
Encourages and enjoins co workers to do the same
Avoids reworks and recycling operations

Improves work and output on a daily basis

Observes FAR in communications and skill development
