1. Latest plan
Here is the latest from the architect whom we requested to make a plan for ash crypts (columbarium near the Jesus Christ 60 foot image. He was able to come up with 6,700 slots which can translate say at P20,000 each per unit would gross P134,000,000 additional revenue (Hindi pa kasama slots sa may pathwalk in front near the front fence) Minamaximize natin talaga opportunities
We are going full speed ahead towards the marketing, approval for the alteration of plans, having the building permit for the crematorium, office, and embalming room.
2. Conduct of sales meeting for sales of bangin expansion
Today, our management trainee just assigned there: Ms. Frenzie Agas, an experienced manager at financial institutions conducted a sale meeting attended by 53 sellers. Six sellers committed to sell 1,000 + units in a years time to qualify for patsikot promo (we will award Fortuner to a seller of 1,500 units.. The total commitment as of today is 7,500 plots/units. As agreed upon, our pre development sale price starts at P36,000 or P600.00 monthly
3. Drainage issue with PNTC and due to road expansion
As for the drainage deal with PNTC, we had meeting with PNTC and they are even hesitant to spend even P100,000. Warren, the head of PNTC there said he is not authorized to go beyond that. The Engineer from the City engineering office said that we have to upgrade the drainage, in order to accommodate the rain water (in the absence of a public drainage right of way) as a condition for the alteration of plans (the bangin expansion) as follows:
main line from 12 to 24 inches - est. distance 100 meters
from chapel to outfall from 18 inches to 36 inches est. distance 150 meters
Estimated cost:
Materials
24 inches RCP 2,400 x 100 meters 240,000.00
36 inches RCP 3,600 x 150 meters 540,000.00
Total 780,000.00
Labor x 30% 234,000.00
Total 1,014,000.00
; I mentioned to PNTC that they will shoulder the 150 meters but are stalling
3. As for the Jesus Christ image, we have made a dp to the contractor, however he could not proceed because of lack of building permit, becasue he is being required to have a locational clearance (will come from our submission of this above plan. However I requested from the Barangay Chairman Opulencia na go ahead to tayo even without a building permit (part of ourd eal with the barangay clearance for the crematorium and office

1. Reflected 2-storey office and Crematorium in SDP
2. Added 70sqm Storage and 30sqm Embalming Structures (Kindly verify exact location sir)
3. Added 2-toilets (Male and Female; 2 cubicles each)
4. Re-locate the Estate lots
5. Adjusted road network as per As-Built Plan
6. Added the Outdoor Columbarium Court-yard at Jesus Monument
