We have always urged SBUs to level up. To be better than before and be better than competitors.

That the  primary component of marketing is selling the product and having this ready for sale:  clean, presentable and attractive?

We seem to be populated by people who think the reverse or otherwise and hope their lives would be better. How about our GT at  La Union. When can we retire the non performing staff of La Union and Calapan.    When can we complete recruitment of staff in Pangasinan, or in Calapan.  May pag asa ba.  Still this post continues to urge enjoin for us to improve our products and our  performance

All SBUs are enjoined to show weekly the status of lawn mowing and brush cutting of the grass, the trash cans etc.   Since many are not submitting, we have failed to note as in Pangasinan and La Union, that they are growing wild grasses instead of taming or cutting them.

The AP those who make payroll must check the Kaizen posting  and insist that the SBUs send pictures of the status of their landscaping and park beautification. No posting, no payroll for GT

In the process of non park beautification, we have:

1.  Committed falsification and theft vs our customers.  We represent this park to be one but is not;

2.  Those GT who do not do the job have stolen time and their salaries by not doing their job.

IN PANGASINAN AND LA UNION, THE GT MUST RECTIFY THEIR SINS OF OMISSION TO BE PROPERLY COMPENSATED.   Their promised promotion since they broke their TIPAN,  is broken too.

Beautification contest - status

We had a memo for an annual park beautification contest and certain sbus are inquiring about the prizes.  Some reminders

1.  The beautification covers several areas:   lighting, landscaping, special projects and lanterns.  I wonder who complied with all of them;

2.  It was a no contest.  Only 3 were actively pursuing park beautification  Calapan and Calamba even failed to submit a ppt presentation of their plans

3.  Are there lantern projects.?

I would like to refer your sbu to the blogsite and the posts for lantern idea.  You may wish to add glitter to the Christmas season.

New Face Book Groups; you have been invited

We have created several facebook groups where you can upload your pictures from your various activities. For focus and emphasis we segregated the postings so that we are more organized and that they are more interesting.  We have invited your facebook accounts and your emails so that you can join the group:

These are cf, carbon copy of the pictures you send to the blog, Holy Gardens blog weekly.  This is your motivation to have facebook quality pictures uploaded to show the best in your park. The pictures must be magazine standards:  clear, not cluttered, details are visible and interesting.   No electrical wires, no litter and other ugly items visible.

You can upload your staff activities here like PE, your other work activities, AM talk, having a meal,having a night out together, your daily work grind that will enable the public to see that we are doing good things
