2. To help boost sales and cash flow
3. To maintain branidng
4. To make HGMP # 1 memorial park in Pangasinan
Background
Pangasinan was tops in park appearance and sales/collection. Now it is languishing at the bottom and even HGOMP is ahead of Pangasinan at times?
What could be the reason? Lack of fear of Articulo, the troubles at personnel, change in middle management? Or corrupted mindset of the statff?
What ever it is let us change for the better. We have to thrive and dominate vs the competition
Forest Lake is a very aggressive competitor and could put us out of business. We understand a relative of one of the staff works at competition
PANGASINAN STAFF:
Why? What happened?
What is going to happen? WTDN?
          
A collage of negligence. Are people from the office ever getting off their butt
in their office to see this? Is it all about staying in the office
Many offices I know turn off the a/c and make officies unppleasant so that people :
1. sell
2. or go to gemba kaizen.
Is the spirit of working and being one with Holy Gardens gone?
