Recruitment and retaining people

DRAFT RECOMMENDATION

I am recommending the following for your office immediate action:

We have to beef up our salary scale and our benefits in order to attract more capable and passionate team members which is noticeably lacking in many of the sbu including 3ffb.

Goal

1. To complete the line up of staff at all SBU

2.  To have available staff for expansion

3.  To improve morale and drive of our staff

4.  To have enough motivation to enforce:

     CCD

     Performance evaluation

    VMBP

Reality:

1.  We have many staff who neither have the passion, nor the integrity nor the competence to be in their job

2.  We have not filled up the vacancies despite the lapse of 1/2 year

3.   Many come only to get their salaries and can not care about VMBP, nor the business nor their assigned responsibilities.    We can not have reports on time, nor people coming on time 




WTDN  -  beefing up of salary scale and benefits.   It is hoped that by doing this we can really scale up our hiring with our HR fully armed to the teeth

1.   A band -  staff    10,000 to  16,400  (separation 800/level)

2    B band -  supervisory   17,000 to  P26,000  (separation I,200 per level

3.  C band  -   managerial   27,000 to 41,400 (separation   1,800 per level)

For Band A, provincial salaries shall be 10% lower

Allowances:

No other allowances are to classified with regards to the wages.   We shall pay the full Emp share for Philhealth SSS and Pag ibig, and the employees shall shoulder the full WT and the employees share

1.  Food reimbursement - R-1   P500.00 per month to be supported by receipts x 12 =   P6,000

2.  Grocery reimbursement -  R2 -  P1,000 per month to be supported by receipts x12 = P12,000

3.  Electricity reimbursement - R3 and one year tenure  P500 per month.  If you are not R3 rank, you do not get this.  Therefore submit to PE for promotion to be supported by receipts.  Only electric bills in your name shall be reimbursed.   The max is P500.00 and those lower than P500.00 shall be based on actual amount.   =  P6,000

4.  Rice allowance  -   P1,000 for all staff of one year or more.   given quarterly.   Only by reimbursement.  The staff must show his receipt for the rice purchase.  The company will reimburse for P1,000 max and for below, the actual amount                                                            4,000

Health insurance:

For all staff of one year or more of at least R2.  

Premium shall be based on one unit  =  P750.00 per month, with maximum overage of P75,000 per year on multiple admissions/confinement or sickness.   Employees shall be required to put up P100.00 counterpart and shall be self managed.  If the employee separates without a cause (not dismissal or termination for a cause) he shall get his share and that which he has not been spent for confinement 650 x 12  = 7,800



This plan encourages employees not to get sick.

Annually there shall be exec check up:  CBC, x ray, ecg not to exceed P1,000 per year.

The self insurance shall reimburse expenses over and above PHILHEALTH

Additional benefits /day                                                                                          114.74

If we pay P365.00 per day  +   114   = WE WILL BE PAYING P479.00 per day x 26 = P12,254!!!

Additional expenses:     P2,1480,000

This will be no additional expense if employees will do their best, are obedient, are diligent in their job and are loyal                                                

Provisions:

1.  The employees shall be subject to CCD strictly

2.  The performance and attainment of objectives shall be monitored PE shall be conducted 2x a year. An HR shall be hired for this

3.  All default processes:   am talk book report, journals, exams shall be maintained and filed

4.  Strict entrance exam, BI, examination of transcript,reference letters and R2 evaluation.  Dismissal of those who cant make it

5. High level of following:

    park beautification

   CS and customer experience

   equipment inventory, and TPM

   reporting and record keeping

This calls for highly productive and qualified employees to be part of the team.  It may mean some staff getting off the bus.


Extra benefits for Sellers (Sales executives)

1. Philhealth coverage for those who sell P1,000,000 a month  (individual

2.  Health insurance for those who sell P2,000,000 a month (will be based on previous year average

3.  SSS coverage for those who sell 3,000,000 a month. (based on previous year

Provided

        1. no 0 sales for the last 3 months prior in which case the premium 
payment stops

        2.  selling only HGMP products

       3.  no CCD

       4.  No absence in sales meeting

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
