I read some of the marketing plans and these are my observations:
1. The Marketing plan must answer: "Ano ang kakaibang gagawin ko para maitulak ko ang inventories at maabot ko target - to be better than before,, before than competitors, and to be unique, enchanting and mesmerizing (to be sozy, bongacious) hindi allowed: reuse, recycle, replay.
PATOK BA? click?
The consequence for not doing this is:
1. low sales
2. non availment of increased benefit
2. The competitive and customer analysis must be inclusive and comprehensive.
3. We have to rely on well researched data and observation. We can not rely on. opinion and impression
4 ALL THAT WE HAVE TO DO IS TO FOLLOW THE TEMPLATE and answer each and every one completely

Internal analysis:
Manpower - number training attitude, GT, are they selling performing
Methods - of selling maintenance communication, sales agents recruitment, training, commission. Our process, our cs, our blogs,
Money
Materials/equipment - are they running are they well maintained; why or why not.
2. Competition - how are the competition doing (and I outlined what we should put here in another cover. Please refer to that ) It should well researched and detailed.
