Today this song was sung by the choir in celebration of Sto. Nino. This song is usually sung only on Easter Sunday:
"Ang araw na ito ay ginawa ng Diyos
Tayo ay magsaya"
Truly, each day is unique and especially made for us by God, hence we must be thankful for that day that we are alive. Today, about 1,000+ did not see the light of the day (they died and perished or slept to death ) But today we are alive and alive. So we rejoice. And we thank God. We should be grateful. (There could be no happiness without gratitude)
How is gratitude shown? By being happy with what you have and not with you do not have. A lot of us complain, bad mouth the company and the officers. And what happens at the end of the day, the chicken come home to roost. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction (Some people who plant hate get hate in return.) In an office where people are complainful (because they lack gratitude) there can be no sales. Bad vibes means no graces will come to that office or group.
Thus the spirit of enthusiasm must be in us (en theos - God in us) Enthusiasm is more passion, more effort more intensity in our job especially in selling. Go go go.
WE SHOULD BE ON FIRE, ALL OF US BECAUSE GOD IS IN US.
THE OFFICERS ARE TO REFLECT ON THIS.

"In everything give thanks." Expressing gratitude to Him reflects on your deeds. It is about living His words. Change for the better. We owe our life to Him. Let us praise Him for He give us another day to life, another day to serve others and glorify God. Let us be passionate in everything we do for we offer all our works solely to Him.
