Our activities with Ms. Rocel and AC Barlaan regarding Cremation

The two guest who were invited for the cremation marketing plan presentation workshop:   Ms. Rocel Carino of Holy Gardens La Union, and Ms. Armida Christine Barlaan arrived early (past six only) although they did not comply with the procedure on texting whereabouts as they travel.

We discussed the following:

1. Communication. The community blog has been renamed Holy Gardens communication to be more specific that it is for communication.

Communications

  Communication involves :  FAR.

  Focus

  Attention

  Reverence

Those who do not read the blogs, answer email and texts would be severely affected by this on their PE and therefore salary increases and availment of allowances

2.  Being enthusiastic;  loving what you do.  God is in you.  En theos

   Since 1883 the Roman Catholic Church banned cremation as a reaction to moves by rival religion to fight the RCC. In 1966, the ban was relaxed and incorporated in an edict of the Canon Law in l983

   There is an increasing popularity of cremation as an accepted burial practice because:

    1. Scarcity of land burial grounds; hence are more expensive

    2.  High cost of transporting cadaver from place to place.   Many people are mobile and sometimes they die far away from relatives or place where they want to be buried.   Transporting cadaver cost as much as $5,000 by plane.  So they have bodies cremated and ash remains sent home.  Much cheaper

   3.  High cost of traditional burial.   A direct cremation would cost only about P20,000 vs traditional burial of P100,000 that would involve memorial plots, service and casket
