Comments on the Marketing plan at La Union



La Union Marketing Plan

I took note of the marketing plan submitted.  In addition to the comments I will make here, the marketing plan must consider/include what we discussed with Mr Crisologo and Dr. Joaquino.

      1.  That we will increase ME to 20% (from 18%)

       2.  That YOU will intensify recruitment and training

      3.  That benefits to sellers will increase by say 1% in cash and in kind.

      4.  That he will employ a third party marketing group to perk up in the selling of plots.   This is shameful for us, because that is short of terminating the JV, ie that we split our plots and that each will sell his own share.

      Madel please write him a letter that we will revert to old sharing because they failed to deliver one of the docs. as provided with our amended JV.

FOR THE MARKETING PLAN:

The marketing plan is essentially a GROW memo:

1.  Goal:    Number, peso value, cash collection for each type of product

2. Reality:

     1.  Your past performance (for the year - is it OK related to the goal
          What went wrong

          Internal analysis:

         Manpower -  number training attitude, GT, are they selling performing

        Methods -  of selling maintenance communication, sales agents recruitment, training, commission.  Our process, our cs, our blogs, 

        Money 

        Materials/equipment -  are they running are they well maintained;  why or why not.

        

     2. Competition -  how are the competition doing  (and I outlined what we should put here in another cover.  Please refer to that ) It should well researched and detailed.

    3. Customer:

        Profile

       Ano wants and needs.  Why do they buy from competition

3.  Options:

      Ano mga ideas mo generated for this?

4.  WTDN

     1.  Strategy  -  alam mo ba ibig sabihin ng stragegy (What is the collection of action and resources that you will employ to achieve your objective/s)  What is your priority?  Of the four or 6 ps what is your emphasis:  pag uukulan ng pera time at push

    Ano pati ang programa mo sa operations para maabot ang iyon adhikain

    You must detail each of the 4 or 6 ps employing 5w and IH.

Include a cost benefit analysis. Do you understand this ?  (Magkano ang gagastusin lahat lahat, magkano ang balik

     Magkano benta/cash flow divided by:

     Magkano ang ginastos ng diretso for marketing (exclude cap ex)

MADEL PLEASE FIND TIME TO CORRECT AND LEVEL UP HER MARKETING PLAN.  The search for a third party marketer is short of termintion of the JV by JC.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
