If you want salary increase, you have to show a journal; and journal can make or break your promotion:   1 salary or with additional allowance for monthly groceries or electricity.

Zig also advocates a daily dose of motivation which many obviously lack.

Some get by and are not bothered by their conscience if they lay eggs.  Where is gratitude there if your sales is zero?  How have you honored yourself, and earn respect from peers and superiors which such lowly non performance..  MAPAHIYA SANA TAYO. AT MAGBAGO.

GET OUT AND SELL !

How can we pay more if we have zero sales?  How can we give jobs to to more people, much less pay your salaries now?
