2. The market and customer behavior change. Their tastes and want change. Products and services that do not change are dumped. New products are bought and patronized.
3. Companies that do not innovate die. Innovate or die as they say

MC - Maintaining and Innovation in Interment Procedures and Standards
Memorandum Circular 2018 - 003
--
Maintaining and Innovation in Interment Procedures and Standards
What: We have to retain and meet the current interment standards as
prescribed in our checklist, and INNOVATE to stay up front
Objectives
1. To be aligned to our mission of remembering our loved ones
in a special way
2. To surprise and delight our customers
Reality
1. We were unique outstanding before but others in the industry copy us
and or many new CSS neglect do not implement our procedures
nor refer observe our checklist
2. The end result is our interment sucks and our our low sales reflect
this
3. One bad lousy interment can throw off our sales effort
4. This persist even though we just finished conducting
This discussion refers to the availability portion (AATR)
5. Our focus
1. Maintaining standards
SPECIAL PLACE
1. The park has to be well cleaned and maintained: grasses trimmed
trash picked up prior to any interments
2. The vault finish must be smooth not rough and rugged
3. The vault interior must be painted
4. Dress and uniform
1. The ISG and the CSS must be dressed (see post on clothes to wear
at funeral) appropriate to an interment/funeral
From Ecclesiastes: "A funeral is more important than a feast"
A funeral is a sacrament just like Baptism,Holy Eucharist, Confirmation
Wedding, Ordination of a priest, and Extreme Unction/Requiem Mass
We have repeated rebukes of CSS who do not dress correctly during
interment
5. NAKATAMBAK ANG PINAGHUKAYAN SA TABI NG HUKAY
O NAKIKITA NG MGA CUSTOMERS
6.. Missing services and equipment; or run down equipment
1. Threadbare carpet (lumang luma na)
2. Butas2 at soiled tent canvass
3. Unpainted legs of tent
4. Tents need wheels for easy transport
5. Unpainted vault hauler and lid placer
6. Few serviceable trailers (Have complete number of trailers; minimum
of 4 for SBU with few interments
7. At least 36 chairs
8. At lest 2 tents per SBU
9. Upgrade equipment at this intervals:
Carpet - every 200 interments or 2 years whichever
comes first
Tent canvass - same
Chairs: when they become corroded (nangingitim nagflake off)
every 3 years or 300 interments which ever comes first
10. Repair promptly and/or eplace equipment that are unserviceable
non functioning
Monthly regular inventory checking and repair of these equipment
is required. Attention of CSS and CMO is required
1. AV system:
1. Microphone
2. DVD player
3. amplifier
4. loudspeaker
5. Cables
6.. TV and or projector
2.. Videoke
3. Lowering device
4. Safety equipment rods: ropes and styropor
5. Podium
6. Motif: properly stored at plastic boxes to prevent mildew and/or
replacing when faded with mildew or peppered with holes, or
outmoded
Special way: Procedures
1. Reporting of interment - report to 3f for SAA must be made to 3f (or SMD)
who is MA at present as soon as IA is made
The daily SBU report incorporates such a report
2. 3F sympathy call:
At the minimum, the CMO must visit the bereaved family and condole
with them
A sympathy call from somebody at 3f to the members of the deceased
family must be made
3. Interment video - a short video of the actual interment must be made
and uploaded at 3rd party sites as was done before. This will enable
3f to asses and analyze state of your interment standards
4. Posting of the interment at Holy Gardens Best (not being done)
5. Announcement of the interment at the interment board in front of the gate
of the memorial park. If none is available tarpaulin announcement must be
made at the office or front of the memorial park
6. Tokens for the family like Bible, cross, rosary (if catholic) candles
6. Death and birthday of the deceased anniversary
Remembering with flowers on death date or birthday, and making
announcement at our birthday and anniversary site

calling cards and brochures to entertain inquiries and gather prospects
8. 40 days. Bringing food and other stuff to the family of the deceased whom
we serviced. Doing prospecting also, and gathering prospects

NO MORE DELAYED MARKERS as in Pangasinan ICCD mga negligent CSS CMO
(10. AP will participate actively in monitoring interment by going over the interment checklist
11. Interment checklist will be updated to reflect these changes)
12. Continuation of printing of:
1. Program (ginagawa ba)
2. Thank you cards
INNOVATIONS:

2. New pictures for the memory board using sepia or charcoal style of
design
3. Interment announcement that have many pictures (collages) not just single picture. Samples have been emailed and posted

Other ways of memorialization
Mr. Danny Diaz who is a poet, he claims whom I met at the artist gathering last Saturday, the brother of our current auditor, made suggestion on memorialization
1. Wax or resin figures From Funeral wise
Chinawax figures. Wax figures ( or resin as statue real life/like) are made and copied for almost real
reproduction
Hyper Realistic wax figure
2. Mummification ala practices of Ifugaos
Fire Mummies of Kabayan caves Ifugaos
3. Shrinking bodies (practice of Amazon tribes
Shrunken heads: Tsantsa
Brief on how to make a Tsantsa

Shrunken heads: Tsantsa
Brief on how to make a Tsantsa
Aside from using a tsantsa to prevent vengeance from beyond the grave, the Jivaro would also create shrunken heads as trophies of revenge against tribes that had wronged their ancestors. Furthermore, a tsantsa was a not-so-subtle warning to others not to mess with them lest your head also end up on a necklace too.
The actual process of creating these shrunken heads in the first place is almost as unusual as the final result itself. After some poor tribesmen were decapitated (either while dead or alive; the end result was the same), the Jivaro took their heads, sewed their eyelids shut, and sealed their mouths with wooden pegs. The heads were then tossed into a big pot and boiled for as long as two hours, by which time it would be about one-third as large as it had been, if not smaller.
The Jivaro would then skin the head, turn the skin inside out, and sew the skin back onto the head (why, exactly, remains unclear). Finally, hot stones and sand would be inserted into the head to make it contract even more.
Once the head had contracted, more hot stones would be applied to the outside to heat the face enough to seal its shape. Once the face was finished, the head would be rolled in charcoal and hung over a fire to harden. This was also done to keep the muisak inside the head and prevent it from doing any haunting. Finally, after all that, you would have a finished tsantsa.
Would our customers go for such practices?
Which one: the wax or resin figures?
