Breakthrough thinking

We discussed today breakthrough thinking.  Normal thinking  achieves the same or routine or small increments.

Breakthrough thinking means achieving quantum improvements and leapfrogging.

Most of the time we are unable to achieve something because we failed to observe elements of breakthrough thinking.  Hibino et al and Japanese leaders are able to grow their business and economy exponentially  because of this methodology.

We note that as we converse, we talk ambiguously, whereas JUS asks us to talk SMART or we fail to elicit action as we end meeting or conversation

Breakthrough Thinking is composed by following seven assumptions based on this system
view.
Assumption 1: Uniqueness
Assumption 2: Purpose
Assumption 3: Solution-After-Next
Assumption 4: Systems
Assumption 5: Limited information collection
Assumption 6: Involving People or People Design
Assumption 7: Betterment Timeline

Breakthrough Thinking by Prof Shozo Hibino

"Pag gusto, may paraan; pag ayaw, maraming dahilan " It is about getting better everyday.

This morning, we talked at the third floor about our inability to reach our targets - inability to reach breakthrough our barriers.  I discussed with them the principles espoused by Prof Hibino at breakthrough thinking.

There are seven principles:

1.  Systems principle
2.  Uniqueness principle
3.  People design
4.  Limited information principle
5.  Solution after next
6.  Betterment timeline
7.  Purpose

This is a better approach especially in designing the future.  We normally design the future based on the past.  There is no basis for predicating the past based on history.  History has been marred by discontinuities and disruptions, if not breakthrough.   This way of thinking is fitted for entrepreneurs who think of things that are not yet there and ask "Why not?"
