1. Many times, when we engage people to do things, the first thing they say is indirectly, no, 'IT CANT BE DONE" It is impossible
2. When we make proposal or follow our PDCA or pending items at 3ffb, or 3ffb following up the SBUs, the usual answer is "NOT today" we are busy; ayaw ni Mam Sir (sometimes they screen this at their level)
3. Or they may say yes, but actually mean no by not following or doing the things ordered.
4. ALL OF US HAVE OUR FAIR SHARE OF NO - of being rejected
Goal:
1. How to make No a Yes
2. Not to take no for an answer
WTDN:
1. Leave the no behind and look for ways on other ways.
2. No means not no. It means simply this is not the way. There are other options
3. Thus you have to be innovative and creative in finding new ways and solutions
4. Leave the nos behind. They are not be used as an excuse to move forward.
5. Move forward towards your dream.
6. Persist. Lead the way
