We may have breached the 1,000 sales mark

As of today, Hataw pa More sales campaign may have breached the 1,000 mark.  But we need to validate these with the signed Pre Need Purchase Agreement. We can only have valid sales if there is a contract.  We can pay the outright com to sellers who signed the contract and who is duly accredited with SEAD.

I promised to give a blow out if we reach 1,000 plot sales but only if and when the sales are validated by PPA  (contracts)

That is an average of 100 plots a day.  But LUMP and Calapan are behind, The top three, Calamba, San Carlos and Oton are showing  the way
