We have talked about Motivational Quote by Robert Heinlein:"in the absence of clearly defined goals, we strangely become loyal to performing daily trivia, and become enslaved to it...."Because our people were unguided and do not know their purpose why they were here in Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park, they were become loyal of doing their routine task, bad habits like doing what they want on their own. What was told them to do were not done. It is really a challenge for me because the main problem is in their HABITS. To be able to do this, it must also start within me, I should be a role model to them. How? I will make them memorize the 10 scrolls by Og Mandino. It is the best tool to use in changing ones habits.

Second, we have talked about Interment Document Processing Incentives which is very inspiring motivational reward for all of us and it will only happen if we start CHANGING our daily trivia of doing the wrong things, neglecting the RIGHT process and standard, forgetting our quality work. Let's have a habit of DOING THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
