We discussed the power point on Good to Great by Jim Collins. The primary concern is the link up on our belief on excellence where we say we hire excellent people and we try to train them to be the best.
We hire disciplined people. We think and execute in a disciplined way. Those who are not, we get them off the bus.
"We dont have jobs. WE HAVE RESPONSIBILITIES"
How I wish people remember that
