I was shocked to learn that in one sbu:
Its manager was not sold to our promo despite the fact that he signed the PDCA for the promo and he often answers that he understands it.
That he has qualms about the stability of the company because it has a problem with the regulatory agency. And thus was very negative about the company and its products. It is most unfair that somebody would have a free lunch with us despite being negative. I hope he straightens his mind and his hair; those who are not with us are against us.
We are sending his SBU a new vehicle and he must make sure that this vehicle:
l. Is used properly
2. Delivers results - sales and collection
3. That he directs and supervises his staff to maintain the vehicle at highest possible level.
