l. Oct. 3l, Nov l are special non working holidays (no work no pay; if you work, it is only l30%). Those who work on such days are not obliged to work on Nov. 2 which which should be your rest day. For Angono folks, it is their day of visit to the dead.
2 The third floor staff shall be deployed to the sbu in the provinces.
3. Because Nov. 2 is not holiday, most people would visit their loved ones Oct 30, tomorrow, and rest and recreation on Oct 3l, and return to Manila on Nov. l; anticipate a lot of visitors tomorrow;
4. The last finishing touches, testing, installation of equipment should be today. No interments no hauling of materials tomorrow. Resume interments and civil works on Nov. 2
5. Do a final check of your requirements:
l. Locator maps, OR, ledgers
2. Brochures, leaflets, marketing materials, promo items
3. Gate pass, park rules
4. "Deployment and assignment: security, park cleanliness, lines of communication, parking, customer complains. (Determine who is in charge)
5. Food, sound system, water supply, priests, etc. coordination with police and barangay.
AND REMEMBER OUR GOAL IS TO SELL.
OCTOBER is the equivalent of December to retail establishment to us. That is the only time for us to recover our lost sale during the year. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO SELL
