Qualifications for In House OSE

Please  form part of a folder known as Sales Agencies Program

We need to establish the qualifications for OSE.

Some ideas I have in mind, (Please suggest)

Only entry level OSE shall be allowed at the start:

1.  No college degrees required

2,  At least 3 years selling experience with track record of achievement preferably with large ticket items appliance, car, and real estate

3. Persuasive

4.  Loves dealing with people

5.  Ambitious passionate, hard working, and determined.

6.  Not more than 50 years old;  not less than 20 years old

7.  Can present at least 25 K during the interview.

Action

(Please add to the OSE) and (referrals ) then we need to make a PDCA or a memo recommending this. to ERS etc.

For independent agencies, may I suggest:

1.  Tenting allowance of P500.00 for a group to cover merienda and meals provided.,

2.  For sales meeting incentive:

P100.00 travelling allowance for attending on time.

P100.  recruitment incentive per/ agent provided natrain at nagduty na recruit
