Last Saturday, a real estate company we are very familiar with was featured in a govt TV station. The complainants alleged that in a housing project by the former in Bulacan, they made DP of about P200,000
but:
1. No documents were delivered (vs PD 957)
2. And no house were built yet
Several conciliation meetings were held by HLURB but no officials of the said company fail to appear. (The company owes MLII millions)
The lawyer from HLURB threatens administrative sanctions vs the said real estate company which includes but not limited to: cutting of credit/take out facilities from HDMF, and discrediting the same with private
financial institutions. This is without prejudice to penalty and imprisonment.
Hindi na kailangan marahil ito Ang maTV at madyaryo ka lang isa nang malaking kasiraan
HLURB Walang action vs ____Prime, sa Remate
Broken dreams, broken promises
What could have probably led to this? Some simple office administrative oversights gathered momentum leading to this critical situation for the real estate company:
1. Misfiling
2. Documents not done on time
3. Non payment of suppliers/or payment on time
4. Simple little negligence by the staff
arising from being late, being absent, lack of productivity and lack of work
Are we not far behind:
1. Delayed payment of suppliers
2. Resulting in non delivery of materials
3. Delayed permits (and people who are supervising certainly amiss)
4. Ugly dirty sites;
5. Deteriorating standards of interment and maintenance
6. Delayed delivery of documents and or failure to resolve this in a timely manner

From Philproperties Holding 85% sold out, pero may bahay na hindi nagawa/naideliver?
