I inquired about the current price of filling materials in Pangasinan.  It is at P1,500 per truckload

The new supplier told me that could supply at P1,200 per truckload, quite a substantial savings. For the next 1,000 TL, this is a substantial savings/cost reduction

Let us acquire funds for this for final phase of backfilling.
