Holy Gardens Oton Christmas Party, December 14, 2013

The Holy Gardens Oton Memorial Park had a Christmas party with the visiting Senior Managing Director yesterday, December 14, 2013 at Felix Flores beach resort.  Those in attendance were:  Gary Torilla, Aprilyn Caragayan, Janelle Petipit, and Samson Granada.  JV partner Felix Flores and wife Carina Flores also attended.  He was given a gift by Holy Gardens staff.

There were speech by April, by JUS, and exchange gifts.  The staff received a Christmas package of P500.00 each.

After the party, because of time pressure, the SMD discussed and emphasized the following:

1.  Code of Conduct and Discipline.  They must understand this very well;

2.  The employee handbook;  they must memorize the underlined  sentences.

3.  The Performance Evaluation and the Adminisitrative Plan.  They should work together

Merry Christmas and congratulations to Holy Gardens Oton for achieving 94% of its sales target for 2013

I just hope that the combined visit, talk and  party motivated the group
