Background:
This has been repeated so many times.
1. We need have prompt and regular reports. It is part of the management cycle: Plan, Do, Check Act (PDCA) The report corresponds to the Check portion.
2. What gets reported gets done. No report, nothing was done. Is this correct.
3. Ang report ay isang kuwento. Ang kumpnyang walang kuwento ay walang kuwenta
4. The order was to have the report submitted every Saturday.
5. The blog posts are incomplete as per specification
6. Unless we can comply with the 3fold duty of a subordinate, we can not hope to achieve much this year.
What to do next:
1. We will have to deal with this severely as the gentle reminders are not working.
2. We might put those who are not complying on a retraining without pay at 3ffb.
3. At worst a CCD para magtanda.
