Drawing a process flow to improve ap disbursement

Objective:     l.  To save cost
                     2.  To improve CS with SBU
                     3.  To disburse early and go home early

Background:

l.  Our people failed to get salaries on time, even the 13th month.

2.  Some ap in Calapan are 3 months old and we are losing most of our credit line


What:  

Draw up a process flow to assure that we disburse on time and that we are efficient.

Designate a champion (as in 6 sigma  -  even a brown belter)
