I got a a text message from one of the SBU complaining about the delay of the salaries for this Christmas. We know of the difficulty early last week: because for the 13th month, somebody failed to religiously budget for that in case we cant collect in December. Our marketing plans for November did not materialize. Our collection plans and objective were not reached.
Moreover, our staff complaining of their fatigue from the conference, and availing of their off privilege, did not come last Monday and even did not answer the phone.
They did not even submit their DTR on time. And now they are complaining.?!
