Many memorial parks owners like us to buy them

During the past three weeks, there have been 3 memorial park owners who have been meeting with this office, or meeting with us asking us to make offer to buy them.  I wonder why?  All we can offer are good management and marketing hopefully.  We have to work harder on getting our acts together and work deliver:  excellence and customer service  and teamwork.  That is why we are going to have a national conference

It is a huge park 26 hectare in all.  Former staff worked with them.  However the JV is marred by non remittance and probably defalcation of funds.  Not much development is on going; however it is strategically located.

What is your comment on their sales monitoring?

I visited a 6 hectare memorial park in Central Luzon. It is located in a main well travelled highway, although it is in the middle of nowhere.  10 km away from major centers of population although new housing developments are sprouting nearby.  What are your comments on the memorial park which is up for sale?

Are they better than us?

Is this worth P200 million?

Can this be turned around?

                                          Royal palm trees coconut, and other palm trees

                                  The public toilet.  Can be made better.
