We sell plots and White Rose at Pangasinan, and Calamba by either: beefing up our CMS: buy better looking caskets, upgrade vehicles to pick up and adopt to the local culture; Offer PMS and other packages. We offer, pre need prices (when they pay the balance) if the White Rose has been in force for 6 months
Say if the White Rose costs P30,000 and the family needs it on the 7th month,the applicable price shall be P30,000 and not P37,000 (the at need price)
We can all ready do this in SBU with out chapel once we close mortuary agreements in your respective areas and/or strive to build chapel at your areas ASAP
We will be studying again the feasibility of offering packages say:
plots say P45,000
PIS 23,000
White Rose 30,000
Total 98,000
Less 5% on the total 4,900
Pay only 93,100
Total savings pre need 18,000
Package discount 4,900
TOTAL SAVINGS 22,900 !!!
