Revenue generation measure - revival of videoke rental

I made a canvass local:  in Pag asa and Pantok (contact Nero) of the equipment:

1. Whole set up (only in Pag asa) with Konzert speaker, Platinum videoke machine and Sony TV   -  P21,000                                                              this means faster ROI but bulkier, challenge in transport

2.   Individual:

       1     Platinum   Reyna    with mike                  -         P6,500

       2.    Konzert speaker   x2    12 "                                 3,500

       3.   Konzert amplifier                                                  3,000

      4.   TV (generic 21" )                                                  3,000

                                                                                         15,500

      Cash only   Nero recommends the old TV because the new TV does not last 12 hours continuous use.    At 15,500, the ROI could be as little as short as 10 usage.   

Rental:   1.  Rental is not fixed.  Prices are seasonal..  Rentals during holidays and Christmas could be 10 to 20% higher depending on demand. Prides on weekends are higher too.

             MM rentals   -  P 600 to 800 per day  (800 dayis during holidays

             Province      -    P1,000 to P1,500 per day.  Before setting the rates, canvass the local rates first.

    We have increased the salaries of staff, the number and yet we are not generating enough revenues for BPI.  Very soon, BPI shall be bankrupt

   We generated much cash from videoke rental;   however when we stopped this, we lost the CD, song books, and even the machines were rendered inoperable

What:   revival of videoke

1. Old sets -  have them repaired,  buy  new CD, download songbooks

     Rental:    P350.00 per night, minimum of 3 nights

     ROI is infinity since we have recovered our initial investment

2.  New sets:  (estimate)   cap ex

     1.  videoke      -                         7,000

     2.  LED flat TV 32 -                  20,000

     3   Videoke speaker                  7,000

     4.  Microphone                           1,000

                          Total                     35,000

     Rental per night P500, minimum of 3 nights

     ROI break even is  24 interments

Conditions:

1.  These are to be paid for by IF, and paid directly by IF fund to BPI

2.  For security purposes (to avoid loss and destruction of equipment

     1.  The equipment, with their accessories, mike, cd and songbook shall be acknowledged with a memorandum receipt (MR) and the recipient shall be held accountable for said equipment, which he must do a rendering of during inventory taking or resignation/retirement

    2.  The SBU shall make a 10% security deposit for the equipment

    3.  The customer when he avails of this shall make a security deposit of P500 for the old unit and P1,000 for the new units/ which shall be returned in cash from the IF fund upon return of all equipment song book, cd, speakers, TV and videoke machine
