Report on Telecon with MGB regarding addendum on interment document processing, motivational quotes and sales target for 2012

Morning of January 10, 2012 I and Ma'am Lanie discussed the following topics;
1. Addendum-interment document processing incentives memo

3. Sales target for 2012
      In the addendum, we have discussed that upon payment of interment fee, data on interment shall be emailed to holygardens.memorial@gmail.com

. Upon payment of interment fee by the client all the information like name of SBU, name of deceased, address, age, birth date, death date, tentative date of interment, type of interment, location, depth, etc. It is very important that the said data shall be posted. In case of failure or late posting penalties are imposed like disqualification of events in interment and suspension.
     In motivational quotes by Robert Heinlein, what i learned is that i should set clear goals, detailed goals so that i was able to achieve my targets.Also, we have to change our bad habits because this will hinder our goals.
    For HGLUMP target for 2012: daily-5 units, weekly-23 units, monthly-94 units. These targets were already discussed to marketing staff and properly distributed.
