1. Hence we require cash flow budgeting to ensure that:
Cash outflow matches the cash inflow
That corrective measures are undertaken when there are shortfalls (kulang)
2. Makita ang true picture ng book vs bank balance. Usually, the bank balance asnd this has been repeated several times and continued to be left undone (insubordination na!!!) And it so it happened by failing to do this, negative na cash flow ng Pangasinan

3. Sana malaman ang finer points of treasury:
1. Lahat ng papasaok na pera tatanggapin
2. Kung puwede lahat ng cash receipt maidepost sa bangko
3. Lahat ng tseke maideposit before cut off (bakit ang Ang Uno check sa
JV after cut off)
4. Mga tseke sa supplier: ibabayad after cut off, and most importantly on a Friday.
